Oren Raz- President

Oren has over 30 years of experience in the security industry, including 20 years with the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet) and extensive service in the Israel Defense Forces. During his career, he held diverse roles in homeland security, executive protection, and aviation security, including positions as Head of Security for the Israeli Embassy in Caracas and Regional Security Director at the Consulate General of Israel in New England.

Since 2012, Oren has been active in the U.S private security sector, providing security services, consulting, and threat assessments for schools, community centers, airports, hotels, and other facilities.

Barry Leventhal- VP of Training

Barry Leventhal retired in 2013 from the Bergen County Police Department as a Sergeant and Deputy County Emergency Management Coordinator, following a 29-year career in law enforcement. Throughout his career, Barry served in numerous roles including Crisis Negotiator, RDF Command Staff member, Radiological Officer, Emergency Planner, Detective, Patrol Officer, and Training & Exercising Coordinator. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and is a certified New Jersey Emergency Services and FEMA ICS trainer. He is a New Jersey Certified Emergency Manager and a member of both the New Jersey and NYPD Honor Legion. Barry currently serves as the Operations and Training Officer for the Bergen County Office of Emergency Management.
